Do members count toward the subscription cost?
No. You only pay for admin seats—people who log into Conneli to manage membership, events, finances, content, and communication.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
There’s no mandatory setup fee. Many associations choose a done-for-you onboarding and website project, which we scope and price during the demo based on complexity and timelines.
Can we start small and add admins later?
Yes. Most associations begin with one or two admins and add more seats as they grow into events, comms, and committees.
Is there a contract term?
Pricing is billed monthly. Longer-term agreements are available for associations that want predictable multi-year budgeting.
